4. Terms & Conditions

• No refunds once the subscription begins, except where prohibited by law
• Deliveries are made monthly; DS HEMP is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping details provided by the Subscriber
• Subscription may not be paused, skipped, or transferred during the annual term
• New order form is included with every monthly shipment for strain preference updates
• Subscriber is responsible for notifying DS HEMP of address changes
